Thought of the Day on Self Esteem

A large proportion of people with anxiety and depression has a core belief that, "Iam not good enough".

Society has taught us to be so goal orientated and have conditioned us to believe that if we do not achieve certain things to a certain high standard, then we are "not good enough".

To challenge this, I will get you to consider the following thought of the day.

Being good enough has to do with personal growth rather than just absolute achievement.

Take some time to reflect on this........
