Helping children to be aware of negative thought patterns...Why?

Being aware of our negative thoughts and mould it into a more helpful one is a skill for "adaptation" and "resilience".

At present, one of my passion is to help children develop this skill and hopefully, inspire others like parents, patients, health professionals, and teachers to name a few, to be inspired to help our next generation of kids to be more resilient.

Hopefully then, we can succeed in the "happiness" revolution.
