The Emotional Personality and How This Can Create Stress and Anxiety

Sometimes I often relate to the "Emotional Personality" as the opposite end of  the spectrum to the "Emotional Detached Personality ie Asperger's".  With the emotional personality, your actions are mainly dictated by your emotions whereas, in the Asperger's personality, things can be more logically based.

In life, every strength has an intrinsic weakness.  So if you have an "Emotional Personality", you may have great potential to be caring, nurturing, empathetic and intuitive.  But on the flip side, you may also have great potential to create drama in your life.  It is sometimes your choice to decide which way to go.  It is like fire.  You can use it for the greater good, or you can use it for bad.  Being aware of this will allow you to make that choice.
